Deutsche Börse’s cash markets generated a turnover of €206.4 billion in March. €169.2 billion were attributable to Xetra, bringing the average daily Xetra trading volume to €7.4 billion. Trading volumes on Börse Frankfurt were €5.5 billion.

New in DAX: Siemens Energy AG

Qontigo’s global index provider STOXX Ltd. announced changes to the DAX index family, which will become effective on 22 March 2021. Siemens Energy AG will be included and will replace Beiersdorf AG, which will be admitted to MDAX. Read more about the other changes.
