The Annual General Meeting took place on Thursday, 15 May 2014 in the Jahrhunderthalle Frankfurt, Pfaffenwiese 301, 65929 Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

At the time of the announcement of the presence 578 shareholders and shareholder representatives were present at the Annual General Meeting, representing a total of 89,126,935 no-par-value shares and the same number of voting rights. This corresponds to a presence of participants of 46.17 percent of the share capital.

In addition, we have received postal ballots for 357,370 shares corresponding to 0.19 percent of the share capital.

Therefore, in total 46.36 percent of the share capital were represented in the Annual General Meeting.

578 shareholders and 92 guests attended the meeting in person.

The Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Börse Aktiengesellschaft decided to distribute a dividend of € 2.10 for each no-par value share carrying dividend rights for the fiscal year 2013.
